  • Incident Management process through SF for Reportable incidents / Cat 2 incident- poor quality of care

Participants must complete the following prerequisites before attending the virtual session.

  • Client Incident Training (online module) 
  • Salesforce (online module) 
  • Documentation (virtual session)
