This online course is compulsory for all Cerebral Palsy Alliance employees and can be accessed via the Online Learning System. It is designed to encourage all employees to report any wrong-doing they witness or suspect, and to provide an overview of the protections provided to whistleblowers in our organisation.
What content does the program cover?
The learning content provided in this course is based on the principles and protections in place for whistleblowers. It provides learners with:
• a good understanding of the wrongdoing that should be reported under this policy
• how to make a protected disclosure
• who to make the disclosure to
• what protections are in place for people making a disclosure
Course completion requires:
Interactions are included throughout the online learning and there is a short quiz at the end.
