What content does the course cover?
This training session aims to support new or existing employees moving into a management and leadership role at Cerebral Palsy Alliance.
You will have an opportunity to network with other managers in person and reflect on your leadership approach and how it impacts your team performance.
This includes:
- Reflecting on your leadership style
- Adapting your leadership approach for your team
- Leading through vision and values
- Using empathy and emotional intelligence to impact your team
- Building team capability through coaching.

- Understanding our people practices
- Leading conversations.
