This training is for disability support managers and assistant managers and nominated DSPs.

What content does the course cover?
This training session includes:
- Who is who in the Safety and Environment Team
- Review processes that are relevant to the House Manager
- Who is who in the Quality Team
- NDIS Provider and Commission legislation and requirements in practice (incl. Incident reporting, Behaviour Support plans, restrictive practices)
- Risk and compliance - an introduction to the system and process including accessing and interpreting reports
