Who is this course for?  

This training is for disability support managers and assistant managers and nominated DSPs.

What content does the course cover?   

This training session includes:  

• Who is who in the Safety and Environment Team 
• Review processes that are relevant to the House Manager 
• Who is who in the Quality Team 
• NDIS Provider and Commission legislation and requirements in practice (incl. Incident reporting, Behaviour Support plans, restrictive practices) 
• Risk and compliance - an introduction to the system and process including accessing and interpreting reports
