This training is designed for disability support practitioners who support clients while they are receiving palliative care.
What content does the course cover?
In this training session you will learn how to support clients while they are receiving end of life care.
This includes:
- What is palliative care
- CPA policy and documents
- The team involved in palliative care
- Medication (if applicable)
- End of life care
- The event of a client death

The following must be completed before attending:
