Why choose this course?
This course is compulsory for all Cerebral Palsy Alliance therapists (ONLY), who are required to use the organisation’s Client Management System as part of their role. Please access the course via the Online Learning system. This course must be completed in the first month of employment.
Please note: other therapy service roles (managers, schedulers, client service consultants, youth services) must attend the Client Management System (CMS): An Introduction face to face course, NOT complete this therapists’ course.
What content does the program cover?
This course covers:
- an introduction to the client management system
- explanation and demonstration of how the system is used by therapists to support service delivery
Course completion requires:
The completion of the online learning module, accessed via the Online Learning System.
