Who is this course for?
This training is to support client service managers in monitoring their team’s activity within CPA’s centralised electronic client files.
Managers who have been identified by their Client Services Senior Manager as needing to monitor this as part of their operating rhythm should complete this training.

What content does the course cover?
This training session will support managers to understand:
- Why we have centralised electronic client files
- What supports are available to them/their teams
- How they request changes to the centralised electronic client file structure
- How they can monitor their team’s activity within CPA’s centralised electronic client files
This course builds on knowledge gained in the Centralised Client Files training.
