This support session is for new disability support managers and assistant managers and nominated DSPs.

What content does the course cover?
This session is held quarterly. It is a flexible agenda based on the support needs of the group and facilitated by an A&R Regional Manager. Participants are encouraged to use this session in the following ways:
- Share progress in your new role
- Refresh your understanding of the key competencies for a House Manager or Assistant House Manager
- Ask questions
- Share stories
Guest speakers will attend based on current needs of the group
