Assisting clients who self-administer their own medications.
Managing medication incidents, contingencies, reporting and documentation requirements

Course completion requires:

Successful completion of the compulsory online quizzes included throughout the course.
For staff who work directly with clients we recommend that this online course is supported by practical skills training, on-job supervision, and buddy-shifts.

Certification:

Once successfully completed, learners will be issued with a digital certificate of completion.
