This course is designed for general managers and senior managers of the organisation to support and empower their teams through holding effective coaching conversations and providing timely feedback.

What content does the program cover?

This program will assist you in:

• Preparing for effective conversations
• Being aware of your own emotions and bias
• Conducting feedback and coaching conversations
• Managing reactions during the conversation

Does the program have any prerequisites?

All participants must have an ongoing responsibility of managing their direct report’s performance. It is recommended that managers attend the ‘Goal setting and living our values’ workshop prior to attending this course.

Course completion requires:

This activity includes informal assessment, which involves participation in discussions, group activities and role plays.
