This course is available for Cerebral Palsy Alliance Managers, Workday Change Champions and members of People and Culture (P&C). 

Why choose this course?

This course introduces managers to Recruitment in Workday. This virtual event will provide you with an overview of what’s changing in Recruitment at CPA - learn how to navigate the system and access a range of different supporting resources, see a demonstration of key business processes, have the opportunity to ask questions and go into the system before it is launched.

What content does the program cover?

This session has been designed specifically to assist managers, Change Champions, P&C and Culture to become familiar with the look and feel of Workday and how it can support them in their role.  This session includes the following:

1.    How to navigate and become familiar with the recruitment functions within Workday
2.    What’s changing? (both online and offline)
3.    How to find information and carry out recruitment tasks and actions within the system by using the on-demand resources available.
4.    View a demonstration of critical recruitment tasks in the system. 
5.    An opportunity to access the system and have a go!

Does the program have any prerequisites?

It is recommended that attendees view/attend the Workday Introduction to Managers video and virtual session prior to attending this course. 

Course completion requires:
Access to a laptop or desktop to log into the virtual session in Zoom.

There is no cost for this course.

How long is the course?

Duration: 1.5 hours virtual session 
Two days prior to your session a Zoom meeting link will be sent to your CPA email address.
