Who is this course for?

This course is available for Cerebral Palsy Alliance’s Corporate Services and Client Engagement Managers.

This Workday Business Process workshop will build your skills and confidence in using Workday. The session has been designed specifically to meet your needs as a Corporate Services or Client Engagement Manager. The session will focus on key business processes you use on a regular basis.

What content does the program cover?

The workshop will explore the new ways of working within Workday and the following 4 key business processes:

  1. Change of hours 
  2. Recruitment
  3. The Remuneration and Benefits Committee approval process
  4. Setting up delegations

You’ll also learn some top tips on what to look out for when reviewing and approving actions in Workday.  

Course completion requires:

Access to a laptop/desktop to log in virtually and a quiet location to maximise participation.

Duration: 2.5 hours virtual session
