This course is compulsory for all Cerebral Palsy Alliance employees who are required to use the organisation’s client management system as part of their role.  This course must be completed in the first month of employment.

What content does the program cover?

This course covers:

  • an introduction to the client management system

  • explanation and demonstration of how the system is used to support the client’s journey from intake to service delivery

  • practical training in system use

Course completion requires:
