Client Management System (brian): An introduction

Why choose this course?

This course is compulsory for all Cerebral Palsy Alliance employees who work in Client Services and are required to use the organisation’s client management system as part of their role.  The course must be completed at the first available opportunity after employment.

What content does the program cover?

This course covers:

  • an introduction to the client management system

  • explanation and demonstration of how the system is used to support the client’s journey from intake to service delivery

  • practical training in system use

Does the program have any pre requisites?

The pre-requisite for this course is the online learning module - Client Management System (brian) : Getting started. 

Note:  this course will be launched by Thursday 05/04/2018 when it can be accessed under My Courses in the Online Learning System. If you do not have access after the launch date, please ask your manager to email onlinelearning@cerebralpalsy.org.au to request this.

Course completion requires:
